During this uncertain time, our students, customers and partners’ health is our priority.
As a global organisation we connect with 80 million people in 100 countries through activities including arts programmes, English language teaching and exams. In many countries, including Bulgaria, we have temporarily paused this activity in response to government and health authority guidance.
In line with Bulgarian authorities’ advice we are currently offering remote services only. If you want to contact us, please send your enquiry to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All our face-to-face English language courses for children and adults are temporarily suspended. We are working on plans to provide alternative classes, where possible, to make up for the classes missed. For example, we are launching virtual lessons for our adult learners from Monday 23 March. We will keep all of our students informed directly by email and internal communication channels such as Edmodo (for adults and teens) and ClassDojo (for younger children and their parents).
All our exams, including IELTS, Cambridge English Qualifications, university, professional and school-leaving exams are suspended until 15 April 2020. Affected test-takers are eligible for a test day transfer and will be contacted by email directly once we are able to provide alternative test dates.
International students, including students from Bulgaria, studying in the UK are facing a difficult situation at the moment with the rapid spread of COVID-19. We are here to offer support and information to all those who may be affected. Our Study UK website provides further useful details.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our students, customers and staff. We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to take relevant measures in line with the advice of the authorities.
Thank you for your understanding.
