How to query your score

It is unusual for there to be a mistake in the marking. However, if you believe a mistake has occurred you can apply to our Enquiry on Results Service to have your test re-marked. This must be done within six weeks of the test date. You can choose which sections of the test you want to have re-marked.

There is a fee for the Enquiry on Results service, which will be refunded should your overall score change as a result of the re-marking. The Enquiry on Results Service can take up to eight weeks to complete. To make use of this service please download and complete the Enquiry on Results Form at the bottom of this page and send it by email or post along with your original Test Report Form and a proof of payment (we accept payments by bank transfer to  Citibank, IBAN в лева BG77 CITI 9250 1051 0015 01).

Can I re-take the test?

You can take the test as many times as you wish. However, please note that to significantly improve your score it is necessary to undertake further study. IELTS research indicates that scores are unlikely to improve without further English language tuition.
