Monty Python's Life of Brian is back again!
It is 40 years since the premiere in 1979 but we know everybody will sing along the unforgettable “Always look on the bright side of life!”, and even the youngest members of the audience will rejoice at the Pythons’ inimitable sense of humour.
Bulgaria joins other major countries around the world in screening one of Monty Python’s most epic works – “The Life of Brian” featuring legendary cast Graham Chapman, Michael Palin, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones, who is also the director of the satirical saga. "Life of Brian" is perhaps the most famous Monty Python film. It is certainly the most ambitious and contentious of their works, even accused of blasphemy.
"It’s another coming of Brian, and we are here to fill the world with laughter,” the Pythons said in a joint statement.
“The Life Of Brian may have been set 2000 years ago, but it’s a mirror of what’s going on today. Except that it’s funny."
