Effective performance evaluation and school management are key factors for improving the quality of education. We worked with the Ministry of Education and Science to share the UK's expertise in this area with headteachers from Bulgarian schools.
In partnership with the National Institute for Training School Managers in Bulgaria and the National Institute for School Leadership and Children's Services in the UK, we developed online modules for performance evaluation.
